Mercedes Benz SL300 R129 Year: 1994 Make: Mercedes Benz Model: SL300 R129 LHD Transmission: 5 Speed Manual Engine: 3.0 L Inline Six Cylinder Exterior: Maroon    Interior: Black Mileage Indicated:48299 miles Paperwork: Used Location: Creative Rides       This Mercedes-Benz SL 300 is a rare gem in its own right, becoming increasingly sought after as prices for older SL models, from the iconic 300 Gullwing to the Pagodas, continue to soar. This particular example is a left-hand-drive model, equipped with the 3.0L straight-six engine and a rare 5-speed manual gearbox. Enthusiasts will know that only around 800 SL 300s were ever fitted with the manual option, making this a truly unique find. The R129 series also introduced several groundbreaking features for the marque, including a pop-up roll bar and a hydraulically powered roof. Some TLC will be needed, and the odometer does not appear to be working Whether you’re seeking a collector’s item or your first classic car, this SL 300 is one to consider.
